Aaron Wolfe
I created Care Pack Counseling in order to offer clinical mental health services to anyone. We operate differently because we meet you where you are. If you need to have a therapy session on a walk, we can do that.
Aaron has been interviewed by multiple podcast that have been listened to over 500k times. Aaron is PhD candidate at East Carolina University. He has created a space for healing for anyone. This is in a landscape that is making it increasingly difficult for people to receive care.
Education:
Merrimack College: MS in Clinical Counseling
East Carolina University: PhD Candidate in Counseling

How He Works
Your sessions will be a space where nothing is off limits. Whether you’re navigating dating anxiety, intimacy concerns, sexual difficulties, or confidence struggles, no topic is too awkward or embarrassing to bring up. Gone are the days of stiff, clinical therapy where you feel judged for being honest. Aaron believes in getting real, and he brings a direct, humanistic, and down to earth approach to every session.
Aaron’s practice was built on the belief that people grow when they’re willing to challenge their current patterns and step outside their comfort zone. Together, you’ll explore what’s holding you back, uncover the roots of those blocks, and develop practical strategies to move forward. Think of Aaron as a trusted confidant with professional training, someone who’s genuinely in your corner and will hold you accountable while meeting you with compassion.
By combining Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Exposure Therapy, and motivational interviewing, Aaron tailors each session to your unique needs. His approach is direct yet warm, helping you face obstacles like anxiety, depression, self-doubt, and relationship challenges with resilience and clarity.
As a PhD researcher whose dissertation focuseds on dating anxiety and the impact of dating apps, Aaron brings specialized insight, practical experience, and a sense of humor to the work. His goal is to help you stop repeating harmful patterns, embrace who you are, and build the confident, fulfilling life you deserve. This is therapy that provides real results.
